Cloupard does not provide its own backup service for rented servers. We recommend the EasyIT service — it's hosted on our Cloupard platform. You can also set up backups on your own. For example, you can use our S3-compatible object storage. You can provision an additional server and run your own backup software on it, or use one of our cloud VMs for the same purpose.
Cloupard will gladly offer managed administration services from our partners — seasoned IT-market professionals. Just mention this requirement in your request.
No. The rental is an "unmanaged" service. You are fully responsible for installing software, administering, securing (firewall, antivirus) and monitoring your server. At the same time, you can connect the services of our administration partners for full technical support.
Yes, we provide the option to configure a fail-over connection (HA) where two network ports of the server are connected to different switches. To activate this option, it is required to agree and configure correctly on the client side (at the OS level) and on our side.
